Great so far only have it a week now

So far so good. It has come in very handy. We have had several power outages since I purchased it.

The extra battery extended the time so critical loads can remain powered over night. It fits nicely over the main battery. Having 2 pieces makes it easier to transport.

I was so pleased with my experience working with Ricky at BackItUPS. Given the island wide blackout on St. Thomas over the weekend, I was afraid of fuel prices and shortages to keep our generator running. I wanted a power station that would last long enough to keep my wifi online and computer charged. I work a 9-5 corporate remote job based in New York City, so I can't be dealing with explaining WAPA's inconvenience to residents every other day.

I walked in to BackItUPS by Tillet Garden expecting them to be sold out and on backorder, but instead I met Ricky who was so happily helping multiple customers without power get their power stations fully charged and connected to their phones. Inventory was going quickly so I'm very relieved I made the purchase before things get worse on the island. Along with Starlink, it gives me the ability to get a day's worth of work done without WAPA getting me in trouble at work.

Game changer for living with WAPA. The upgrade was very simple, Plug and Play.
